We had a blast collaborating with Brian & Stephanie over the past several months to curate the perfect reception. As UW-Madison alums, they wanted to infuse their alma mater into their big day. Their proposal took place at Camp Randall Stadium on May 23, 2015, and we were honored to bring their vision to life on their wedding day in Madison.

The ballroom sparkled with Mint Green Uplighting, creating the perfect ambiance for a night to remember. Guests enjoyed fun trivia about Brian & Stephanie, followed by a sweet trip to the dessert table.
One of the most unforgettable moments of the night? Bringing all the UW alums together and playing Varsity by the UW Marching Band and Jump Around by House of Pain back-to-back—it was a blast! The photo booth was a huge hit all night long, starting early during the cocktail hour, and it doubled as Brian & Stephanie’s guest book—what a creative way to capture memories!
