Slide Show Submission Instructions

We are excited to help make your day memorable, fun & engaging with an emotional slide show that everyone will remember. Please follow the instructions below to submit your pictures to us to build & create your slide show.   The slide show above is just one example of the style we use in creating your slide show, we have several design options, including Fall, Winter, Spring, Rustic, Timeless, Classic & More.    Sound Sensations Entertainment will bring a 42" flat screen TV and will play your slide show montage on a loop all through the cocktail & dinner hours of your celebration.

1. We must receive your pictures no later than four weeks prior to your event to ensure an adequate amount of time to complete your project.
2. You may submit up to 100 pictures of your choice for your slideshow project, this will equate to approximately 8-10 minutes in length. You may submit pictures of any size, up to 8 x 10.
3. You may submit raw pictures (which we will scan for you), digital pictures or a combination of both.
4. Be sure to save your digital pictures as jpg files with a 3 digit number in the order you would like them to shown (for example: 001, 002, 003 etc.)
5. Raw pictures need to be numbered as well in the order you would like them shown.
6. Raw pictures can be mailed to Sound Sensations Entertainment, 1933 Emily Anne Drive, Oshkosh, WI 54904 and will be returned in person at your event, or by making an appointment to drop them at our office location located at 317 City Center, Oshkosh, WI 54901.
7. Pictures that are digital, should be placed in a folder and uploaded to Google Drive & shared with Sound Sensations Entertainment.
8. Choose up to 3 songs for the master copy of your slide show
9. Sound Sensations Entertainment will upload your finished slideshow to a private link, and final copy will be given to you via an MP4 file. Sound Sensations Entertainment will provide the equipment for the slide show to be viewed at your celebration on a loop during the cocktail hour & dinner portion of your celebration.   

How To Upload in Google Drive:

• Place all pics in a folder
• In Google Drive, Click New
• Click Folder Upload & Select Folder to uploaded
• After Folder uploads, select Folder and Open it
• Click "Share Button" in the right corner
• Change to "Anyone With the link"
• Make sure "Editor" is selected under "Viewer"
• Copy the Link & Email it to ed@soundsensationsent.com along with the 3 songs you'd like on your final copy
