If you are engaged & booked with us, I am sure you've gotten a ton of planning ideas from us over the last several weeks and months leading up to your big day.  During your final consultation,  your amazing DJ/MC will  confirm every detail, help you create and/or finalize a timeline that keeps your wedding flowing smoothly. With decades of experience working in Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay, and the Fox Cities, we know that thoughtful preparation is the key to a stress-free wedding day.

Our final consultation typically happens about 1-2 months out before your wedding day, and generally take place either via Zoom, in Person at our Oshkosh office in downtown Oshkosh, or by phone. This ensures ample time to make adjustments while keeping everything fresh in your mind. Here’s what you'll cover with your assigned DJ/MC:

1. Timeline Review

We’ll go over your wedding day timeline in detail, ensuring that every moment flows naturally. From the ceremony to the last dance, we’ll confirm when and where everything happens, so you and your guests can simply enjoy the day.

2. Music Selection

Music sets the tone for your celebration. During this meeting, we’ll:

• Finalize your playlists, including must-play & do-not-play songs.
• Confirm & Finalize all of the music selections for your ceremony (if we are providing sound for the ceremony).
• Confirm selections for key moments like your grand entrance, first dance,  other VIP dances & special moments.
• Discuss backup options to keep the dance floor alive if the vibe shifts.

3. Interactive Activities

If you’re planning any games, interactive moments, we’ll iron out the details. This includes:

• Coordinating with your MC/DJ.
• Planning transitions between activities that keep your guests involved & engaged!

4. Vendor Coordination

Your final consultation isn’t just about entertainment—it’s about creating a harmonious event. We’ll:

• Confirm details with your venue, photographer, and other key vendors in the Northeast Wisconsin area.
• Share the finalized timeline to ensure everyone’s in sync.
• Address any special requests or unique setups.

• Review backup plans for weather, equipment, and other factors.

• A rough draft of your timeline/outline (if you don't have one - we will create one with you, just have a rough idea on times for the ceremony, cocktail hour & dinner - and we can help fill in the rest)
• Your finalized guest count - approximate number
• Any specific music requests or updates - if you've got Spotify links or other platform links, great, send them over!
• Contact details for other vendors including contact names & email address.
• A list of questions or concerns.
