Hannah and Matthew's celebration at The Waters in Oshkosh was a true testament to our core values, blending classic moments, heartfelt dances, and lively entertainment that brought joy to every guest, creating a fun, memorable and engaging wedding celebration at The Waters in Oshkosh. With approximately 214 guests spanning multiple generations, we made sure the celebration catered to everyone while staying true to the couple's unique vibe. Here's a glimpse into their unforgettable wedding day.
Cocktail Hour: A Warm Welcome for Guests
As guests arrived and mingled, the main system played a blend of country, classic hits, and popular love songs. From the soft melodies to upbeat tunes, the atmosphere was a perfect prelude to the festivities to come for all of the guests both inside and outside.
Wedding Party Introductions: A Grand Entrance
The evening kicked off with a bang upstairs in the ballroom as the wedding party was introduced to the iconic "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire, setting a lively tone for the night, fitting for a September 21st wedding celebration! The couple's loved ones, including Matron of Honor Lianna Hawi, Best Men Brandon and Shawn Radloff, and others, were introduced with flair. After a blessing by Father Tom Long, the couple's celebration continued with a delicious family-style dinner prepared by Lasure's Oshkosh.
Heartfelt Dances: Emotional Moments for All
The first dances at a wedding are always special, and Hannah and Matthew's were no exception.

Fun & Engaging Activities: Keeping the Energy Up
After these emotional dances, we ensured that the fun kept rolling with the Anniversary Dance ("Remember When" by Alan Jackson), a lively bouquet toss ("Single Ladies" by Beyoncé), and a playful garter toss ("Another One Bites the Dust"). These moments kept everyone on their toes and involved in the celebration.
Dance Floor Energy: A Party for All Ages
The dance floor opened up to a variety of songs, ensuring that guests of all ages had a blast. From classic hits to current chart-toppers, we kept the energy high, catering to everyone from the younger crowd to the 50+ guests. A popcorn bar added a fun touch to the dance floor experience, while the Bride and Groom preferred to let their guests have fun dancing in their honor.
The Grand Finale: A Night to Remember
The night ended on a high note with the classic "I’ve Had the Time of My Life" from Dirty Dancing. This shortened version of the song had everyone joining in for one last dance as the perfect end to a memorable day.
